Sam combines PhD statistical super-powers with knowledge of auditing to create powerful data science models based on our analytics. Previously he was the Audit Analytics Manager and Methodologist for the Denver Auditor’s Office where he lead the Audit Analytics Team. Through his work as an engineer, social scientist, and analytics manager he has over 17 years of program and process evaluation experience using analytics. He has taught analytics courses to auditors around the world and served as part-time faculty at the University of Colorado Denver’s School of Public Affairs where he taught graduate courses on Evidence-Based Decision Making, Research Methods and Statistics, and Policy Analysis.
